A shoot with Moji Akinyemi

My shoot with Moji was supposed to happen 2 years ago I think, so a few months ago I finally found a crack in my schedule and we took advantage of it. I know most of those who say they can’t model are usually just humble about it and that was Moji’s case exactly. Moji totally rocked the shoot beyond my expectations for sure. Thanks to Kemi Ogundeyi who came out to assist with lighting. We shot both looks in College Park, MD. Have a great weekend!

Person of the week – Sade Akintade

I promised to blog someone as my person of the week. Well, you have Sade this week. We shot the image below in very harsh cold weather last winter and Sade definitely rocked the shoot regardless. Used 2 lights for the first image, one on camera and one from the left side. Thanks to Cheryl Amaka(Sade’s friend) for assisting that day, I know it was very cold holding that light but I must say it was worth it.

Worked on a beauty project with Zenab months ago and I fell in love with this black and white conversion. I can’t do to much of these during wedding season but I am glad to have knocked this one out much earlier.

Time definitely flies, Nolan is 2 today! Due to the snow we could not party today but we will in a couple of weeks. He was kind enough to give me a few poses. And our prayer for you is that you continue to see more beautiful days for the rest of your life.
