Kadian and Tarik were just too lovely to photograph. They will be tying the knot in Kadian’s home country of Trinidad and Tobago this month. A special thanks to Yomi Sodunke for referring these lovely couple and also helping me with my gear during the shoot. Enough talk, enjoy the post.

To my blog stalkers, thanks for your patience. I am back to what I love to do – shooting couples who are in love. Cellina and Toks will be tying the knot in June and I am so fortunate to have been selected to shoot their wedding. We sought out to shoot simple and classy shots that will used for a variety of things. We shot in the winter, fall and of course at night in Chinatown Washington DC. Stephanie and Matt

Some of you may know Stephanie Larimore. She was the playboy’s Miss June in 2006 and featured on the magazine cover that year. I had a couples shoot with her and her boyfriend Matt. I really had fun shooting them and you can feel the love they have for each other from their shots and yes definitely a hot couple. Here are my favs.

This was a strong back lit shot, they make the best black and white and as you can see I have no issues getting them into the pose.

It was sunset and the light was golden no editing on this shot

Salsa and Ronnie

I shot an engagement/couples session with Salsa and Ronnie who got engaged early this year. I always love couples who bring it all to the set, they were fun, loving and very romantic. Here are a few of my favs from their shoot.

We found a truck in a nearby parking lot so we trespassed to get this shot

I thought the V of this tree was a perfect frame for a kiss.

I know I trespass quite a lot at shoots

Rounding up the shoot as it was getting dark so we decided to do some more night shots

Toks and Femi

Some shots from a shoot with Toks and Femi getting married 06/12. They happen to be one of my favorite couples to shoot, always fun, loving and willing to try new shoot ideas and yeah I shoot at lot in the middle of traffic. It is one of those weddings that you actually look forward to. The shots were done for their website as seen here. I really like the outdoor shots. On the day of the shoot the light was simply sweet and sweet light plus a hot couple makes a perfect shoot
