I decided to dust off the blog today after a month long hiatus. I’m not really sure how I found time to blog today but somehow I made it happen and trust me I remain busy. It only made sense to introduce a different type of shoot after a long break from blogging. So presenting to you for the first time on the blog – Blessing and Jide. I’ve known these guys for quite sometime now so they are no strangers to my camera. I’ve been privileged to work with couples with different type of personalities from the cool, the funny, the fashionistas, the quiet and the list goes on and on. But one thing I like about Jide and Blessing is that they can handle shoots with different personalities. We split our shoots into two and we came up with so many great shots that I had to caution myself about blogging too much. They love graffiti and mural walls so we decided to do a shoot showing off this side of them. As usual, I gave Jide and Blessing some homework to research walls they like in DC. As luck will have it, they found walls on one of my favorite streets in DC – U street. We shot at the famous U Street Ben’s Chili Bowl Restaurant Wall and the a well across the street. Please enjoy my personal favorites and be sure to come back for more sometime.
